ONC Health IT Certification per 45 CFR § 170.523(k)(1)
4D EMR Version 6.0 has been certified to the following criteria under 45 CFR § 170.315:
4D EMR Version 6.0 is not certified to any Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs). CQM certification is not included in the current scope.
The following third-party software components are relied upon to demonstrate compliance with certified capabilities:

There are no additional costs, fees, or charges beyond the standard 4D EMR subscription license required to enable, use, or maintain any certified capability listed above.
All certified functionality is included as part of the base 4D EMR Version 6.0 subscription. There are no long-term contracts, annual maintenance fees, or extra charges for users or workstations.
