Our Story
4th Dimension EMR is built by a doctor for doctors. When Robert Pollack, MD was beginning his plastic surgery residency, he felt there was not an effective EMR/EHR solution that could meet the demands of a modern practice, so he built his own. In 2013, Dr. Pollack took his knowledge and 15 years of experience, and founded an EMR company offering one of the first true-cloud, plastic surgery specific practice management programs. That company was subsequently sold to the largest EMR provider in the industry, but Dr. Pollack was not done with practice management solutions. Dedicated to improving the work lives of his fellow plastic surgeons, Dr. Pollack built 4th Dimension from the ground up to be the premier EMR of the next decade. “4D EMR has been designed and built to deliver the functions we doctors want and to eliminate unexpected “gotchas” some companies bring that aren’t appreciated at all,” said Dr. Pollack. “I’m on your side. Dr. Pollack is the visionary behind 4th Dimension. He developed his first practice management application while in plastic surgery residency and used that program for the first 15 years of his private practice. In 2013, he co-founded one of the first software companies to offer a true-cloud, plastic surgery specific practice management program. His company was acquired a few years later by the industry’s largest plastic surgery EMR software company.
Carol Lee, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Lee has more than 36 years of experience in finance, including 27 years as a member of an executive management team for a C-Level Exec. She spent the last 13 years working in the wireless telecommunications industry. Ms. Lee became a certified public accountant while working for Deloitte & Touche. She holds a BA in business administration from the University of San Diego.
Bill Roos
VP of Operation
Bill spent 9 years as Director of Operations for Practice Enhancement Specialists, Inc., the provider of Inform & Enhance and InSched Cosmetic Surgery Practice Management Software. Prior to joining PES, Bill worked with SAP software as as an analyst and in sales. Bill has a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
